saturation vapor pressure
The vapor pressure that the water vapor in a parcel of air would have if the water vapor were in equilibrium with a pure liquid surface. The saturation vapor pressure is temperature dependent, which differs for a flat or curved liquid surface (such as a spherical droplet).
